Eva Distillation app for iPhone and iPad

EVA is a technology that reveals the signature of distillates in general, designed for professionals. After the acquisition of an EVA device, the buyer gets access to the app containing details of each performed distillation through graphics, summarized information and .csv file available for download.

Basically, each run shows data coming from EVAs that may include:

> % ABV
> Temperature
> Measured Liters

Also, once EVA Plus automation features allow the effective control of the cuts, it is also possible to verify these information by the fractions of head, heart and tail.

From a list with all the distillation runs, detailed by date and time it had started, it is shown a general overview graphic that can be manipulated by filters selection in order to analyze isolated data.

The summarized information includes the averages of %ABV and temperature, and total liters obtained from each of those fractions.

Upon the completeness of the run, all the data can be found at a .csv file available for download.
